DMRC floated a fresh ₹3.38-crore tender for manufacturing, supply and installation of signages for 11 underground stations — Delhi Aerocity, Mahipalpur, Vasant Kunj, Kishangarh, Chhatarpur, Chhatarpur Mandir, IGNOU, Neb Sarai, Maa Anandmayee Marg, Tughlakabad Railway Colony and Tughlakabad — and for four elevated stations — Saket-G block, Ambedkar Nagar, Khanpur and Sangam Vihar.

DMRC stated that the Tughlakabad-Aerocity Golden Line, spanning 23.62 km with 21 stations, is 71.33% complete as of March 2026, with civil works 78% done. Five tunnel boring machines are active on the Aerocity to Vasant Kunj stretch, driving tunneling progress. The alignment will pass through Mahipalpur, Vasant Kunj, Chhatarpur and along the Mehrauli-Badarpur road up to Tughlakabad, aiming to decongest south Delhi and provide direct airport connectivity. Officials said at least some sections could be operational by the end of this year.
