Sikar And Tale Of Two 'Sirs': The Shadowy Network Behind NEET Paper Leak

The CBI arrested three men from Rajasthan—Dinesh Biwal, Mangilal Biwal, and Mangilal's son Vikas—for involvement in the NEET 2026 leak, after they allegedly bought a 'guess' paper for Rs 15 lakh and circulated it through Sikar coaching hubs. The report also outlines a broader shadow network centered in Sikar, involving a locality career-guide operator and a former institute head, with authorities questioning many individuals as they widen the probe.

Why It Matters

The NEET leak affects the future of over 23 lakh students and points to a potentially large, clandestine network that could undermine exam integrity.
