NSE leases 2 BKC plots from MMRDA for ₹1,684 crore

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) secured two plots (C-81 and C-82) in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) from MMRDA in a two-stage deal valued at ₹1,684.31 crore. The plots span 10,995 sq metres with a built-up area of 43,980 sq metres; the transaction was completed in May 2026 at ₹3.87 lakh per sq metre and included stamp duty of ₹75.79 crore.
