Incident and arrests of accused
The victim, a resident of Pitampura, allegedly boarded a private bus on the Outer Ring Road in Saraswati Vihar in the early hours of Tuesday. Umesh Kumar and Ramendra Kumar, bus drivers from Uttar Pradesh, were arrested the same day and remanded to judicial custody.
